About Me

I am a shamanic practitioner, licensed massage therapist, yoga instructor, Sophia Circle Leader, and intuitive Tarot reader, devoted to guiding women through the sacred portal of birth with deep presence, wholeness, and reverence for their inner wisdom. My journey as a mother to two daughters, ages five and seven, has profoundly shaped my understanding of birth as a spiritual initiation—a divine passage where a woman stands closest to God, embodying her most powerful, primal self.

I received my birth doula training through H.E.R.B.A.L., equipping me to support you through every aspect of your journey, whether it be at home or in a hospital setting. From placenta encapsulation to lactation consulting and postpartum care, I am honored to walk beside you, offering both practical guidance and intuitive support.

I believe that pregnancy and birth are sacred rites of passage, a time of profound transformation and initiation into the depths of your own power. Yet, in today’s modern world, so many women have been disconnected from this natural power and the primal wisdom that resides within them. I am here to help you reclaim that knowing, guiding you to connect to your intuition and trust your body’s ancient intelligence.
